Call us what you like... sometimes people refer to us as the Farm, the Shed... but Wild Sounds (as seen in FRONT MAGAZINE) - 24 Hour Rehearsal is a relaxed studio right next to the NEC in Bickenhill, Solihull. We have just one public room and although sometimes we may be rehearsing in the private room the spill isn't a patch on some studios. We try to be as relaxed as poss, not rushin' people out if we have no one in after and such. People have often commented on the acoustics, both the walls and floor are covered in fire proof carpeting with additional insulation in the walls. We do how ever have windows for those hot days and you are more than welcome to open them and not worry about your volume.

Iron Horse (featuring Wardi of Oliver/Dawson SAXON & ex Slash's Snakepit, Ted who's played with Elton John and turned down AC/DC due to commetments to his band chevy with Baz & Alan of the Handsome Beasts....)
Silicon Baby (played with likes of Rachel Stamp, Gold Blade - TV critic John Robbs band, Buffseeds, Girls on Top etc)
Flylow (signed rock all the way from Finland)
Handsome Beasts (Once fronted by Garry Dalloway... RIP, nick-named "the original fat bastard" by the Kerrang! direktory of heavy metal... these guys have been keeping the new wave of British heavy metal alive since 1980.)

Our latest addition to the studio is a pub pool table which cost us a few bob as you'd imagine, so unfortunately it's not freeplay. Being in a band though, i know only too well that some times practices just hit a brick wall and you're left twiddling your thumbs, be it a creative block or whatever. I hope it offers a bit of a break half way, the chance to not kill a fellow band member (c'mon we all know that feeling) or maybe if you're expecting to be picked up and no one is in after.. stick around and have some games etc. I believe the slight compromise in space will be a welcome addition making the practice room a happier place to be! The above and many other reasons are why people travel from the likes of Nuneaton and Burton to use us over other studios in their area. One band from around the UK has a member that travels from Southampton! We are used by many bands.. unsigned, signed, touring, starting out.. you name it! We've also had a few photoshoots here..
